This season will be inaugurated by the Da Camara Orchestra, led by the great Hungarian maestro Dezsö Ránki, on October 25. Ana Vidovic will perform in the chamber room with a passionate program with works by Bach, Albéniz, Tárrega, Scarlatti, Sor. The performance «Memories of the Alhambra» will be endowed by the guitar.
Vivaldi’s Arias will also be performed by Vivica Genaux, who has established herself as one of the great mezzo-sopranos of the baroque repertoire alongside Rubén Dubrovsky. In addition, they will also attend the National Auditorium in Madrid after performing in Valladolid, the Windsbach Children’s Choir together with the Baroque Orchestra of Seville, with Ludwig Böhme as director, Isabel Schicketanz. As soprano, Marie Henriette Reinhold Alto, Patrick Grahl, playing tenor and Thomas Laske on bass.
The Salzburg Mozarteum orchestra will also perform in the symphony hall led by Trevor Pinnock and Maria João Pires on piano. The Warsaw Symphony will also visit the National Auditorium in Madrid together with Pinchas Zukerman on violin and the director Tatsuya Shimono, who will perform a reference Beethoven or MusicAeterna together with the director Teodor Currentzis, who will perform both the Pathetic Symphony and Mahler’s Ninth.
